Exceptional (a rare find): This person would potentially be in the top 1/3 of new staff. They take initiative and truly understand the mission of ASP and what the staff role would entail. Would do well on any staff.
Very Good (no reservations): You would want this person on your staff and believe they will be a strong addition to the summer staff team. They have many strengths and their weaknesses could be coached easily.
Good (better than many): They may have some weaknesses that need to be coached through but you would most likely want this person on your staff. They would make a good staff member but maybe not the top tier.
Might be ok (some reservations): Their weaknesses may outweigh strengths but there is some potential there. There may not be significant red flags but the SIT was lacking some of the crucial pieces to being a staffer.
Weak (should be discouraged): There were either red flags with this person or their weaknesses strongly outweighed their strengths. This person would not be a good fit on any staff.
